We decided to move because our family was growing and we knew Paul through our church. We were looking for a Realtor with a great reputation and promptness. We chose Paul due to his thorough knowledge of the market and we valued his responsiveness, transparency, and attention to detail throughout the process. Our only advice to future buyers would be to get a 1-3 day rent back option so you aren't stressed/rushed moving out of your house. It's already a stressful time as it is so just make it easier on yourself to begin with. Very grateful for Paul and would recommend him to anyone!
