Paul strives to bring a relationships-focused, “people friendly” approach to real estate. With a background in counseling and ministry, he understands that moving is not only a huge financial decision, but an emotional process as well. Paul provides calm, cool, and collected guidance for his clients, while remaining diligent in his efforts to get them the best possible outcome. He also finds great value in providing service after the sale, remaining a connected resource to his satisfied clients.

Specializing in helping individuals and families buy and sell in Central Virginia, Paul’s primary areas of business are in Midlothian/Chesterfield and Powhatan. However, he has satisfied customers well outside of this range, in localities such as Amelia, Cumberland, Goochland, Hopewell, and Mechanicsville.

Paul currently lives with his wife and six children in Powhatan, VA, where he grew up, but has enjoyed living in other areas around Richmond (e.g., Midlothian, “The Fan”). His true passion is enjoying a FULL LIFE with his BIG family. Paul is a musician and songwriter, and leads worship at Passion Community Church. He also enjoys spending ample time outdoors, with activities like hunting, fishing, kayaking, and hiking, locally and in the mountains.
